Chapter 42 is excited to announce we will be hosting the 2020 Winter Convention on February 13-15. Being in the heart of Nascar and tobacco country, we think we have some unique things to offer. We would like to invite everyone to come and enjoy our Southern Hospitality.

And the weather might be a touch milder than some of the winter conventions in the past. On our website www.hcollectorsnc42.com, the convention page should soon be up and a link placed on the national page. We will have representatives at the RPRU in June to answer questions and hand out flyers. Our committee has found a Convention center with enough room and reasonable rates to boot. Sessions and tours are in the planning stages. Also, we recommend you like our Facebook page “International Harvester Collectors of NC Chapter 42.” And, did I mention warmer weather than prior conventions (nothing personal Michigan as you host a great event).

Our next event for 2019, will be our 6th Annual NC State Show. Look for the advertisements in the prior editions of Harvester Highlights and Red Power Magazine. Our IH Extravaganza will be held in conjunction with the Old Thresher’s reunion at Denton Farmpark, July 2-6. We will have our membership meeting on July 5, at 5:30 in the Chapel on the grounds to conduct business, award a scholarship and continue planning for the Winter Convention. All are welcome to join us. Running Hard and Running Red
